From April 1 to 3, 2024, the Mobility Move trade fair took place in Berlin, bringing together key professionals from across the public transport sector. Ventura Systems participated once again, showcasing our latest advancements in door system technology and engaging in conversations about the future of urban mobility.
The event primarily attracted transport operators and bus industry professionals from the German market, but in recent years, it has seen growing interest from OEMs and suppliers. This expansion of the exhibition space created more opportunities for networking and valuable discussions. Mobility Move provided a great platform for Ventura Systems to share insights, build connections with existing partners, and explore potential collaborations with future partners.
Our team on-site included Andrea Kraemer and Denis Hanisevski, both Global Account Managers, Tim Jansen, Global Service Manager, and Birk Mumme, Product Manager. They had a great time engaging with operators, OEMs and industry professionals, gathered market insights, and contributed to ongoing product development discussions.
Building on valuable feedback from last year’s global innovation tour, we’ve refined key developments that were on display:
- Inward Gliding door with Lift function – improved with optimized kinematics, new door leaf rubbers, and portal rubbers.
- Slim Door Leaf Concept – further enhanced to balance aesthetics, weight reduction, and mechanical efficiency.
- The Safest Plug Sliding door system – now featuring advanced safety upgrades, including an audible warning system and capacitive sensitive edge.
Among the highlights of our presence was the display of our innovative door systems on various buses, including the first Hyundai hydrogen bus in Europe equipped with Ventura doors. This allowed us to showcase how our solutions are driving the future of urban transport.
